Q: What are your Check In / Check Out times?
  A: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. – Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
 
Q: I am arriving late, is this going to be a problem?
  A: Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day to accommodate late arrivals. However, if you plan on arriving after 5 PM please call ahead and let us know.
 
Q: Is it possible to get a late Check Out?
  A: We do not offer late checkouts. However, we do have a public changing room and showers so that you may remain at our property for the remainder of the day. See front desk personnel for a key.
 
Q: Is there a minimum night stay?
  A: In-Season, there is a four-night minimum and Off-Season there is a two-night minimum stay requirement.
 
Q: What are your pool hours?
 
  • In-Season the pool will open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m.
  • Off-Season the pool will open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m.
  • All pools are heated.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
  A: We accept cash, traveler checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard at the front desk. Through the mail, we will accept either personal checks or money orders. Visa or MasterCard payments are accepted at the front desk only and are not accepted over the phone. Your balance is due upon arrival.
 
Q: What sort of Children’s programs do you offer?
  A: We offer supervised children’s activities, during the season, Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Activities are arranged hourly to keep the children happy on their vacation. Our social director organizes varied activities such as beach hikes, shell hunts, pool games, etc.
 
Q: Where are you located?
  A: We are located in the heart of Wildwood Crest on the beach approximately one mile south from the boardwalk. There is a bike path leading from our hotel all the way to the boardwalk. Our exact address can be found at the top of this page.
 
Q: Do you offer a fax service?
  A: Yes. The staff at the front desk will take care of your faxing needs. Please note that there is a slight charge for this service.
 
Q: Do you offer video rentals?
  A: Our gift shop has a selection of video rentals for your viewing enjoyment.
Q: What kind of maid service do you offer?
  A: We offer daily maid service as part of your vacation.
 
Q: Who do I contact if I need a cot, crib, wheelchair etc.?
  A: If you need one of the items listed above, the front desk personnel can arrange that for you. We deal directly with a local rental company that will take care of your rental needs. If you call ahead everything will be waiting there for you when you arrive. There will be a charge for use of these services.
 
Q: What are the operating hours of the restaurant?
 
  • Breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
  • Lunch is served from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • The patio will be serving from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., conditions permitting.
  • While in-season, dinner will be served from 5:30 p.m. until closing – except Monday, when the restaurant is closed for dinner.
 
Q: What type of parking do you offer?
 

A: We have enough parking on the premises for one car per unit. During the season, if you wish to park your vehicle in the garage, there would be a $4 charge per night. If you will be arriving with more than one vehicle, additional cars could be parked one block west from our hotel in a residential section.

 
Q: What are the gift shop hours of operation?
 

A: The gift shop is located on the lobby floor and will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. off-season, and 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in-season.

Q: What are the hours your front desk is open?
 

A: Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day seven days a week.

 
Q: What are the hours for your game room?
 

A: The game room opens up at 9:00 a.m. in the morning and remains open until 11:00 p.m. at night.

 
Q: Do you offer Laundry Facilities?
 

A: Yes. We offer coin operated laundry facilities on every floor. The laundry rooms remain open from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. every day.
